1、Receive all incoming calls in a courteous and friendly manner, responsible for accurate connection
礼貌和友好地接听所有的来电, 并负责准确的接转。
2、Answer guest’s inquires over the phone or connect caller to relevant department
回答客人的电话询问或者将电话接转至有关部门。
3、Responsible for placing of guests’ wake-up calls accurately and timely, using guest name。
负责准确及时的为客人提供叫醒服务,称呼客人姓名。
4、To assist in guests when requested
帮助解决客人的咨询
5、To update telephone guides in the hotel computer system
及时更新电话信息,并将信息输入Opera系统。
6、Have thorough knowledge of hotel facilities and hours of operation, to ensure correct response to guests` questions
充分了解酒店设施和营业时间, 确保正确回答客人的问题。
7、To take and forward messages accurately and in a timely manner
准确写下留言并及时的跟进解决。
8、Handle “Personal Guest Service”promptly and follow up that all requests have been responded to the
Guest’s full satisfaction
迅速处理“ 宾客服务”并跟踪确保客人完全满意。
--Professional Technical Responsibilities
专业技术责任
1、Effective communication skills in both Chinese & English.
有效的中英文沟通能力。
2、Have good command of Word & Excel.
熟悉 Word 和 Excel 操作。
